Rize™ One is a breakthrough 3D printer. The first inclusive 3D printer to combine two discrete technologies, extrusion and material jetting into a single printer, Rize One sustainably produces parts that have the highest isotropic strength, twice as strong as ABSplus and even stronger than polycarbonate and carbon fiber-reinforced parts in the Z-axis. Rize parts are watertight, have a high HDT, can be sterilized and provide chemical resistance to acid, acetone, alcohol and more.
This is made possible through our patented Augmented Polymer Deposition (APD) process, that enables multi-material printing, with minimal post processing and use of safe, non-toxic and recyclable materials. APD involves the simultaneous extrusion of our own compound of engineering- and medical-grade thermoplastic and jetting functional inks wherever they are needed to change the material properties of the thermoplastic at the voxel level. This enables us to jet our Release One ink between the support material and the part for quick, easy, clean and safe support removal with your hands immediately following printing and Marking Ink for 3D printing detailed text and images in and on parts. Rize One can even 3D print secure information on a functional part, in a QR code for example, to produce the industry's first Digitally Augmented Parts. A common smartphone app can scan the QR code on the part and instantly display the corresponding digital information online. This secure digital rights management capability ensures traceability, compliance and authenticity.

Rizium One

Our own compound of engineering- and medical-grade thermoplastic, delivering watertight, isotropic parts stronger than polycarbonate (PC), carbon fiber- and nylon-reinforced parts and twice as strong as ABSplus. Parts made with Rizium One have a high HDT and can be sterilized. They also possess high chemical resistance, including alcohol, acetone and acid.

Release One

Jetted between the part and its support structure, Release One is a repelling ink that releases the bond between the part and the support structure, making support removal faster and safer than any other 3D printing process.

Marking Ink

Enables 3D printed text and images on parts.



Making computer aided design (CAD) files 3D printable can be tedious, time consuming and difficult. As a result, many engineers purchase file-fixing software in addition to their CAD software to alleviate this headache. But even those programs require additional time and expertise in order to get a 3D printable file.

Because the Rize slicer can tolerate imperfect 3D files, you can 3D print them with unprecedented speed and ease. Rize makes it easy for you to 3D print files you created in the software programs you use the most. And, with our SOLIDWORKS add-in, SOLIDWORKS users can print directly to Rize One from within SOLIDWORKS with just one click.
