Everything is relationship-based because when we place someone, we want that person to be a good fit, both in terms of skill and personality. Our goal at Caelynx is to help make our clients’ job easier. We have a very specialized, targeted screening process for our candidates, and we only send resumes after screening and having a conversation with the candidate. We want to present hiring Managers with only the most qualified candidates whom we believe will be a great fit for their needs. Instead of sending 5 or 10 resumes, we send 2 or 3.”

Caelynx personnel are available for short or long-term, on-site assignments, Kimberlie stresses. The average time it takes to place an employee is 30 days, although this can vary, depending on the level of skill needed.
